So, you’ve finally moved into your new home (congratulations!) and you’re absolutely stoked at how beautiful your place is going to look.

But every time you go to try to furnish and style a room, you’re left feeling overwhelmed about making the right choice, creating a vision, and tying everything together.

Weeks later you have a bunch of random things in your home and are not loving how they look in your house. You want your friends and family to walk into your house and be impressed by how cohesive and beautiful your home is, but no matter how much you try to actively search at Pinterest (or Target) for things that you love, nothing is working together how you thought they would.

We’re going to put down your Target Red card for a minute, take a deep breath, and discover together a visual design plan for your new home, so that you’re no longer wasting time or money. 

The process is simple.

It all starts with a plan and will end with you looking at your space asking yourself if you accidentally walked into an interior magazine.

Photograph your rooms, furniture, and send it to me. (There’s a step-by-step guide that will show you exactly how to do this!)

Design Questionnaire + Kick off Call

Fill out my Design Questionnaire and we hop on a call to figure out your vision for the space, your needs, and your timeline.

Create Visual Style Plan

Sit back and relax! I’ll get right to creating a plan for your space (complete with personalized mood boards, 2 custom layout plans, and a personalized shopping list!)

I don’t know what my design style is.

That’s okay - we’ll figure it out. My design questionnaire and style quiz is designed to carefully extract your style - even if you’re positive you don’t have one. (Plus, I believe that your design style is a tool, not a law, so we’ll use it as a guide and make sure it won’t box you in.)

Can you work with pieces I already have?

Of course! Why throw out perfectly good stuff? If you love it, we’ll make it work. (Unless, of course, it’s hideous… then we have a prize for that.)

How will we communicate?

Our first Kick-off Call will be through the phone. For our second and third video calls, we will use Zoom! We will also be communicating through a third-party Designer platform, which will host all of your information like your questionnaire, your room specs and photos, and your details.

what’s the time frame of a project?

My turnaround time for Mood boards and layout plans is about two weeks after you complete the Design Questionnaire. We will then meet to review and I will take another week for any revisions and to complete the shopping list.

After that, your project plan will be in your hands and you will be ready for implementation (where you decide how quickly or slowly you want to purchase). I will be available as a Designer on Call during your Implementation for up to 3 weeks.

So, depending on your implementation, the project timeline averages about 6 weeks: 3 weeks for completion of the visual styling plan, and 3 weeks for assisted implementation.

If you need a quicker timeline then that, let me know and we can work with your schedule (additional fees may apply).

So, whether your mother-in-law is coming into town or you have a housewarming party around the corner, I got you covered.

I don’t like my final plan.

I’m 99.9% sure this won’t happen. But if for some reason, you fall into that .01% chance, then we can go through up to (2) sets of revisions where you give me your feedback and we adjust the plan to suit your needs. Remember, we are creating your dream home, which means in order for any of this to work, you, of course, gotta love it.

why can’t i just do this myself?

Designing a home is not a small feat. Our design style is constantly changing, it’s hard finding quality pieces as affordable prices, and there are so many directions that we can lay out a space.

And on top of that, you have so much other stuff you’re managing that it can be difficult to sit down and create a vision for your home yourself (especially when it comes down to the details — like what type of console table and how to style it).

You can always do it yourself, but I’m here to make your life easier.

That’s where I come in, to help alleviate stress, make you feel less overwhelmed, and give you an elevated space that fits your style and needs. Just think of me as your Interior Stylist BFF!
